Yesterday I shopped online from UK for a friends baby shower in Dubai. After sifting through all the usual gift ideas I came across Eli&Eli and I was drawn to their products because of the unique colours, the option to personalize and everything looked really high quality. I was initially worried my friend would not receive the gift in time so I contacted their customer service team with my concerns and I was blown away by their response. They really went out of their way to make sure the personalized gifts were ready in time (within a day) for the shower, nothing was an issue for them and they informed me and reassured me every step of the way. They sent me photos of the gifts today before they sent them and I was even more impressed. I can't wait for my friend to receive them now, they are so beautifully packaged. It's rare to find this kind of personal touch these days, I will 100% use their services again and will recommend to all of my friends. 10/10
